Review four dimensions
Score each dimension from emerging to clear. The rubric is intended to improve a piece of work, not to create a false impression of professional accreditation.
- Problem framing: is the user, process, and desired outcome clear?
- Decision quality: are options, constraints, and trade-offs explained?
- Evidence: can another person inspect the artefact, output, or reasoning?
- Professional judgement: are risks, limitations, ownership, and next steps stated?
What strong evidence looks like
A strong piece is bounded and specific. It shows what was decided, why it was decided, what was tested, and what remains uncertain. It uses evidence proportionate to the claim.

Does this rubric replace an employer assessment?
