Thirty days should create evidence, not mastery
A month is enough to establish a practice habit and produce a few honest work samples. It is not enough to become an expert or guarantee a new job.
Use the month to understand one target direction, practise a sequence of transferable decisions, and improve a small body of work through feedback.
Four weekly stages
Week 1: choose a target direction, inspect role requirements, and identify your transferable strengths. Week 2: map one familiar process and define a bounded problem. Week 3: build one or two artefacts such as a workflow, decision brief, risk register, or evaluation plan. Week 4: review, revise, package the evidence, and practise explaining it.
Keep a short record of what you tried, what changed, and what remains unproven. This is more useful than counting videos watched.
A daily prompt
Ask: “What is one small decision or artefact I can practise today that is relevant to my target role? What evidence will show what I did? What assumption should I test?”
Common questions
Can I get an AI job in 30 days?
No honest programme can guarantee that. Thirty days can help you build momentum, clarify a direction, and create evidence for better career conversations.
How much time should I plan each day?
Consistency matters more than a fixed number. A focused block for reading, building, reviewing, or revising is more valuable than passive browsing.
