Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy protects learners, our team, our service providers, and people whose data may appear in learning work. It applies to all use of Iteretta, including content submitted to Hiri and public project pages.
1. You must use the service lawfully
You must comply with applicable law, these terms, privacy and data protection obligations, intellectual property rights, confidentiality duties, and the rules of any third-party tool you use with your learning work.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Do not use the service to commit fraud, impersonate another person, facilitate unlawful activity, or infringe someone’s rights.
- Do not upload malware, credentials, payment details, secret keys, highly sensitive personal data, or personal data about another person without a lawful basis and necessary permission.
- Do not use real confidential client, employer, patient, customer, or employee information when sample or redacted data would work.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, usage limits, payment controls, moderation, or review processes.
- Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the platform or its providers.
- Do not use automated scraping, bulk extraction, or the service to build a competing database, model, or service.
- Do not submit content that is threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, abusive, or deliberately misleading.
- Do not use Hiri to make or automate high-impact decisions about people, including decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, education, or access to essential services.
3. Responsible AI use
Use Hiri as a learning and review aid. Check output before acting on it, do not present generated text as verified fact, and do not claim that hypothetical work is production experience. Follow the instructions in each task and use data that you are permitted to process.
4. Reporting concerns
Report suspected security issues, unlawful content, privacy incidents, or misuse to hello@iteretta.com. Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or close an account where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached or action is needed to protect people or the service. We will consider the seriousness and context of the issue and, where appropriate, provide an explanation and a route to contact us.
